WARRANTY
GLO-QUARTZ® industrial heating equipment is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. At its option, GLO-QUARTZ® will repair or replace, F.O.B. Factory, any defects which may develop under proper and normal use. Properly applied and maintained our equipment should provide long life and service.

No person is authorized to give any other warranty or assume any other liability, except by written statement from an officer of GLO-QUARTZ® Incorporated.

Warranty Period
One year from date of shipment.

Limitations
GLO-QUARTZ® disclaims responsibility for product failure arising from misuse, negligence, improper installation or other operating conditions beyond our control. Customer is responsible for the suitability of the products to the application. This warranty does not apply to heaters that have failed prematurely due to corrosion or chemical destruction caused by conditions be yond our control.

Damage Claims
Title shall pass upon delivery of material to the carrier whether shipped transportation prepaid, F.O.B., or otherwise. The customer shall assume all risk of loss after the equipment is delivered.

GLO-QUARTZ® packages and inspects all equipment for shipment and assumes no responsibility for delay, breakage or damage after shipment has been delivered to carrier in good condition. The customer must file claims against carriers for damage in transit directly with the carrier.

GLO-QUARTZ® will render all possible assistance in securing satisfactory reconciliation of such claims.

Returned Equipment Procedure
Defective products, under warranty, may be returned to GLO-QUARTZ® only if the company has given prior written approval in accordance with above cited conditions. GLO-QUARTZ® is not liable for labor cost incurred in removal, reinstallation, or unauthorized repair of the product or for damage of any type whatsoever, including incidental or consequential damage. Returned goods must be shipped via freight prepaid.

Cancellation
GLO-QUARTZ® will accept no cancellation or change on orders, which are in production or scheduled for production. At the company's option, order changes or cancellations charges may be made upon payment of reasonable can-cellation charges that take into account expenses already incurred, and commitments made by the company. In the event of cancellation, all materials in process will be billed at cost plus twenty percent (20%).
